What is required:

- All participants must be 18 or older.- Must have or make a Discord upon acceptance.- Must make a Picrea and pay the registration fee of 880 yen ($5.93 USD) upon acceptance.- Must meet all check-in deadlines.- Must have or create an online shop, and will be expected to ship out items in a timely manner.-Hellbent Con is not responsible for any unfulfilled orders from vendors. Any issues regarding orders should be discussed with the individual artist.-Offering International Shipping is not required, but is heavily encouraged.- Must have or create at least 2 items that fit the con's topic.- All characters and ships are allowed.- The use of AI in applications or merchandise is prohibited.
